We constantly receive wonderful feedback about our handmade, artisan shoes – it makes us burst with joy to think that Coast and Koi can be found throughout the world.

To make ordering a little easier for everyone, we have listed the process below. Thank you once again – we will continue to strive to wow you with our uber luxe shoe designs.

Step 1 – Contact us

Email us with screenshots of your favourite Coast and Koi designs.

Each design is one of a kind and therefore no design will ever be the same, however we are able to create similar designs in some cases. We are also able to create custom designs based on your favourites!

Please include your shoes size and foot width (narrow, medium or broad) – this will help us confirm which size you are.

*Our shoes are an Italian narrow design, but if you have broad feet please don’t worry as you would just go up a size depending on the design you fancy.

Step 2 – Options, options

We will reply with as many options for you to choose from and their pricing – these will either be the original design, similar designs or custom designed depending on your shoe size, embellishments and availability.

Step 3 – Selection

Select your favourites and let us know which pair you would like – this is the tough part!

It’s important to note that custom designs may take some extra time as we are slow fashion with every part of our shoe creation process being done by hand.

To price courier costs, please forward us your address in the meantime.

Step 4 – Confirmation

Once confirmed and we have the courier pricing, we will forward you your invoice.

You are welcome to pay via:

• PayPal,
• PayFast,
• or EFT.

These details will be supplied in your invoice.

Once payment is received we will begin with your shoe design. If you have selected a pair that we already have in stock – your shoes will be couriered within the next day.
